Why buy your luggage direct?

Buying direct is the whole reason the price on this page is what it is. Here is what that means in practice:

1. No shop front markup: there is no shop floor, no retail rent and no counter staff sitting on top of the item. That is the difference you see in the price, and it is the only trick involved.
2. One place for the whole trip: the case, the bag you carry on, the backpack and the organisers that go inside them, so a trip can be kitted out from one order rather than three.
3. Published specifications: every item lists the dimensions and materials the supplier publishes, in centimetres. Where a figure is not published we say so and invite the question rather than borrowing a number from something similar.
4. Real customer reviews: every review on this site was left by a customer of this store, and all of them render on the product page rather than a chosen few.

Before you order

Luggage is worth checking twice against your airline, so two minutes now beats a gate charge later:

• Check the airline first, then pick the size. Cabin and underseat limits differ by carrier and by aircraft, and the dimensions on the listing are the ones to measure them against.
• Check the option you are picking. Size and colour are separate lines with separate prices, and the figure next to Add to Cart is always the one you pay.

Delivery and returns, plainly

Delivery is free across New Zealand on orders over $100 and $25 below that, in 5 to 7 days after a 24 to 48 hour handling time. Express Shipping is $25 on any order. The price you see is the price you pay.

Our own change-of-mind window is 15 days from purchase on an unused item in its original packaging, with the return postage paid by you and no handling fee. Separately, and whatever we write here, the consumer guarantees under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993, which cannot be contracted out of where you are buying as a consumer apply to everything on this site: a faulty, damaged or misdescribed item is put right at our cost.
