Luggage Company NZ sells luggage and travel bags online across New Zealand, bought direct and without a shop front. The range covers travel sets (hard shell suitcase sets in two, three and four pieces, expandable cases, an underseat spinner with USB charging, suitcase covers and packing organisers), duffel bags (weekender bags with a shoe compartment, travel duffels), backpacks (carry on backpacks with a USB port and packing cubes) and accessories (vacuum storage bags with a hand pump).

Choosing between them: every product page publishes the dimensions and materials the supplier gives us, in centimetres, and the room categories a piece belongs to. Measure the space and the route into it before ordering. Where a supplier does not publish a specification, the product page says so and invites the question rather than borrowing a figure from a similar item.

Where a supplier publishes no specification, such as a material or a service life, the product page states that plainly rather than estimating a figure.

Prices are in New Zealand dollars and the price you see is the price you pay. Delivery is nationwide across New Zealand, free on orders over NZD 100 and otherwise a flat NZD 25, in 5 to 7 days after a 24 to 48 hour handling time, with no minimum order. Express Shipping is NZD 25 on any order.

Returns: this shop's own change-of-mind window is 15 days from purchase on an unused item in its original packaging, with the return postage paid by the customer and no handling or cancellation fee. New Zealand law gives no statutory cooling-off period for an ordinary online purchase, so that window is the shop's own policy rather than a legal right, and it is stated as one. Separately, the consumer guarantees in the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 apply; a faulty, misdescribed or unfit item is put right at our cost including return shipping. Nothing in the range is made to a customer's specification.
